The Willoughby South Band Boosters will begin selling gift cards. Each gift card will be worth face value; however, the band will get a percentage of the sale.
Order blanks can be found on the Band web site or can be picked up in the band room. Also on the web site is the list of retailers that gift cards will be available for ordering. Some retailers have several denominations of money that are available. Please indicate carefully what you want to order. The percentage that the band will receive is also listed next to the retailer. Please be aware that some gift cards can be used at several different locations.
Check or cash will be the accepted payment method. At this time, we will be ordering beginning the first Wednesday in November. From that point on, ordering and delivery of gift cards will occur the 1st Wednesday and 3rd Wednesday of the month. Pick up/order area will be in the hallway by the band room (in front of the double set of glass doors). Someone will be available from 5pm to 7pm to assist you. Orders can also be placed in a sealed envelope in the mailbox in the uniform room. Please make sure "scrips" is written on the front of the envelope.
It is our hope to make this ordering process as easy but as safe as possible. We will continue to adjust our method or order times, if need be; as we move along with this project.

The frozen food fundraiser will be extended. Orders must be
turned in on Tuesday, November 27, the day we return from break. Please do
your best to sell what you can. The Ultimate Raffle earned only 50% of
what it normally does. Since that is our main fundraiser, we are
going to be hurting financially for this AND next year if we do not make
that money up elsewhere. Items such as concert band state contest (both
groups), spring concert in Mentor's Performing Arts Center, concert
band senior awards, marching band competition and next year's tentative
Orlando trip are some of the luxuries that make our program special and
can be eliminated without the necessary finances to operate the basic
program first. Please do what you can to keep our program running
smoothly.
